A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $63 to $75 with limited benefits.Job Description:OverviewThe Senior CRM Engineer, will design, develop, implement, and maintain a wide variety of CRM deployments across multiple environments. The Senior CRM Engineer will collaborate with architecture, UX and other development teams, as well as the business community.Core ResponsibilitiesCreate Microsoft Power AppsDevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement D365 PowerApps and related flowsDesign, develop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft DynamicsParticipate in business case creation and estimation of workRecommend and implement best practices for KofCConsult with business to modernize business processes by leveraging PowerApps and automationAssist in communicating new features released to usersCreate and maintain application solution documentationAssist in writing user guides for newly developed appsMonitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues when neededOn-call and/or after-hours work requiredSkills QualificationsMust be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressureMust be self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as interact well with others and communicate professionally with people at all levels.Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development activitiesAt least 4 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions , D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience preferredExperience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data ServiceExcellent UI design skill and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps.Good exposure to Common data services like Dataverse andintegration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.Experience Using API custom-connectors within PowerApps. xzbcwsv EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field6+ years hands on CRM experience3+ Year of Building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps8+ years IT experienceStrong problem-solving skills -- must be able to think critically and independently
