Job Description: Billed Sales & Order Booking Segment wise achievement of business plan Ensuring conversion of enquiries to orders to meet business objectives as per ABP Working Capital Management - Customer Outstanding Working with internal & external stakeholders for Working Capital control Business Development New Business development & relationship Building for Key Accounts/New Accounts/Architects/PMC Promoting integrated offering & generate business for other LOBs and BU of Godrej Key Account Management Managing Enquiries / Tenders Collecting market information, information on competitor activities Customer Satisfaction Achieving and improving customer satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis Realizations Competition Analysis MIS & Feedback

Qualifications Required:

Essential : B. E /B. Tech (Civil) or bachelor’s in architecture

Experience Required

Essential : Minimum 4 years of work experience for B. E /B. Tech (Civil) or bachelor’s in architecture
