Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their packaging requirements, present suitable technical solutions, and prepare quotations and proposals. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with the engineering and production teams, providing technical clarification, and supporting customers before and after sales. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, attending client meetings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up to achieve sales targets. The Sales Engineer will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, market feedback, and competitive activities to help improve products and sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills for understanding machinery, configuring solutions, and resolving technical queries.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills for managing the sales cycle, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions, drafting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in industrial equipment, packaging machinery, or manufacturing solutions.
• Candidates should have a relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering) and proficiency with basic MS Office tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel within the region for client visits.
