We're Hiring Senior Wedding Stylist & Planner
We're looking for a Senior Wedding Stylist with strong planning and execution experience to lead end-to-end wedding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create wedding concepts, themes, and styling direction (Décor & Event Design)
• Coordinate with florists, production teams, decorators, fabricators, and all event vendors
• Plan event layouts, décor installations, and execution timelines
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and on-site coordination
• Lead venue setup and ensure flawless execution of every wedding function
• Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in wedding styling, décor, or luxury event management
Strong knowledge of floral styling, production, and wedding décor
Excellent vendor management and execution skills
Ability to independently manage multiple wedding projects
