Izzio is the #1 in-store bakery bread brand and the #1 sourdough brand , with products sold in grocery stores nationwide. Known for baking real sourdough using long fermentation and traditional artisan techniques, Izzio is bringing authentic, handcrafted bread to households across the country. As Chief Operations Officer, you'll play a critical role in helping Izzio scale its craft with care, building the operational infrastructure, developing the people, and strengthening the processes needed to support continued growth. We're looking for an accomplished food manufacturing operations leader who has successfully built or scaled a business and understands what it takes to lead a growing, complex manufacturing organization. This is not a sit-back executive role.
