Alaffia Health is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and specialized technical roles, managing 4-6 requisitions at a time, across security, product, and infrastructure.

You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive a streamlined interview process to deliver strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This onsite role is based in NYC's SoHo office, 4 days a week.
