Operating Room Nurse Manager

St. Mark’s Hospital seeks an experienced OR Surgery Manager RN to lead perioperative services in our acute care hospital. The manager oversees daily OR operations, staffing, scheduling, and throughput for safe, efficient surgical care. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory and infection control compliance, and supporting surgeons and anesthesia teams. The role leads and mentors OR nurses and techs, drives quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, and partners with leadership to implement best practices, advance clinical outcomes, and support a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.
