Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hindi Language Teacher Facilitator located in Bengaluru at Valistus International School. The Teacher Facilitator will be responsible for teaching language, lesson planning, conducting education activities, and encouraging literature exploration on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or relevant subject specialization.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably in an international curriculum environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience with digital teaching tools and online platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
• Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in teaching Hindi in IB / IGCSE / CBSE international settings.
• Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about language education and student development.
