Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Business Development & Lead Generation Executive) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn. The role involves lead generation, customer outreach, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, Linked In, and online research. Connect with prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services. Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team. Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication. Update and manage customer information in the CRM system. Support lead generation and sales campaigns. Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients. Self-motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B. Com, BCA, B. Sc., BE/B. Tech, BA, MBA, etc.). Freshers are encouraged to apply.
