We're Hiring: Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

CTC: Up to 18 LPA

LN Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. If you're passionate about delivering quality projects on time and leading high-performing site teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.

• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and costs.

• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.

• Prepare and present project progress reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience (15+ years preferred).

• Experience in high-rise building construction.

• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, construction methodologies, and quality standards.

• Willingness to stay at the project site until project completion.
