- Optimidea Network is looking for an ambitious Global Business Development Manager to drive our international growth.
Gurugram | 2–5+ Years Experience
Performance Marketing - Mobile / Digital Advertising / International Sales
What you’ll do:
• Strong hold in international markets US/UK/SEA/Middle East
• Acquire and onboard global advertisers and agencies.
• Ad sales, performance marketing & UA campaigns.
• Negotiate commercial terms & performance models (CPA, CPR, CPI, RevShare).
• Explore new markets, verticals & revenue opportunities.
• Represent Optimidea at global industry events like chinajoy, ad:tech, GTC, affiliate summit.
We’re looking for:
✅ 2–5+ years in BD/Sales, preferably Performance Marketing
✅ Strong understanding of performance marketing
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ International mindset + a strong “hunter” mentality
