Camp coordinator - optical sales & testing executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Camp Coordinator - Optical Sales & Testing Executive. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating eye check-up camps in partnership with schools, communities, and other stakeholders. The Camp Coordinator will manage on-site operations, including patient registration, crowd management, and coordination with optometrists and other health professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct basic eye screening and vision testing Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses Explain lens types, coatings, and optical products Generate sales and achieve assigned targets Maintain customer records and prescriptions Coordinate with doctors and optometrists Ensure proper display and handling of products Follow up with customers for delivery and feedback Support camp operations and reporting activities Travel for field activities and camps

Required

Basic knowledge of optical products and vision testing Sales and customer counselling skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in field activities and travel Diploma / Certification in Optometry or relevant field preferred Energetic and target-oriented Strong customer handling and communication skills Comfortable with field work and travelling Good coordination and reporting ability

Qualifications

Diploma / Certification in Optometry or relevant field preferred 0-3 years of experience
