Job Role - Performance Marketer Level AM / Manager Experience 6–8 Years Location Mumbai (On site) Reports to GTM Head CTC - 15 lpa WHAT YOU'LL OWN End-to-end execution of paid B2B lead gen campaigns targeting US enterprise buyers CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders ABM campaign strategy and activation: 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many across LinkedIn, intent data platforms, and display Coordinate with Sales on lead handoff protocols, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline quality feedback loops Campaign performance tracking, attribution reporting, and funnel contribution analysis (CAC, CPL, MQL-to-SQL benchmarks) Martech stack ownership — ad platforms, CRM sync, intent data, and analytics tooling Integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) thinking into campaign and content strategy to protect inbound visibility MUST HAVES 6–8 years in B2B performance marketing; agency background strongly preferred Proven track record running paid lead gen campaigns for US-market B2B brands Hands-on ABM execution experience — not just strategy; actual campaign activation Strong command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta for B2B Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce) and UTM / attribution hygiene Understanding of GEO and its downstream impact on organic and paid lead gen strategy Analytical mindset — comfortable owning and presenting performance metrics to leadership GOOD TO HAVE Experience running programmatic ad campaigns (DSPs, DV360, or equivalent) Exposure to intent data platforms — 6sense, Bombora, or similar Familiarity with outbound/SDR tooling: Smartlead, Apollo, Sprouts, or sequencing platforms Understanding of the US accounting, finance outsourcing, or professional services sector Regards, Neha Khandelwal Note - We kindly request you not to contact us on our office number.
