Assistant Manager - Costing

Key Responsibilities: Product Costing & Cost Analysis: Prepare and review standard product costs based on changes in raw materials, packaging, labour, and manufacturing overheads. Conduct actual vs. standard cost analysis and identify cost variances. Prepare costing for new product launches and product modifications. Compare cost across multiple product SKUs and analyze reasons for cost variations. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for accurate product costing. MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports on Sales Promotion expenses and product-wise promotional costs. Monitor Budget vs. Actual spending and perform variance analysis.
