Customer Support Associate — Kloth Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years Compensation: ~₹12,000/month to ~₹20,000/month About Kloth Kloth is a fashion-tech platform building a faster, smarter, and more interactive way to shop fashion. We combine fashion discovery, AI-powered Tryals (Virtual Try-On) , and fast delivery to make the shopping experience more seamless for customers. We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be the voice of Kloth and take ownership of the customer experience from the first query to complete resolution. What You’ll Do Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, chat, phone, and other support channels . Help customers with orders, deliveries, payments, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product-related queries. Assist customers with the Tryals / AI Virtual Try-On experience. Respond quickly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Take complete ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution. Coordinate with the Operations, Delivery, Product, and Business teams to resolve issues. Proactively communicate with customers about delays, order updates, or other issues. Identify recurring customer problems and share insights with the internal team. Maintain accurate records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions. Help improve FAQs, support processes, and customer communication templates. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer experience, e-commerce, operations, or a similar role . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset. Patient, empathetic, and comfortable handling difficult customer situations. Comfortable communicating with customers over WhatsApp and phone. Good attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Basic understanding of mobile apps and e-commerce. Good to Have Experience in fashion, D2C, e-commerce, quick commerce, or consumer tech. Experience with customer support / CRM tools. Experience handling WhatsApp-based customer support.
