We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects. Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences. Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations. Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation. Plan spaces efficiently while ensuring functionality and aesthetics. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor (FF& E). Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution. Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in residential interior design. Strong expertise in space planning and residential interiors. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Enscape (or similar design software). Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing. Experience with FF& E selection and material specification. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Leadership experience with mentoring or managing junior designers is preferred. Passion for creating thoughtful, functional, and high-quality living spaces.
