NetSuite Support Analyst

Hinkley is hiring a NetSuite Support Analyst to provide first-level support for employees using NetSuite across the company. This role troubleshoots and resolves user issues, guides employees through everyday processes like order entry, invoicing, and purchasing, and escalates more complex issues to our NetSuite Administrator. It also includes reporting, data maintenance, and system testing, with hands-on exposure to NetSuite administration.

What you'll doBe the main point of contact for NetSuite users across the company, handling requests by ticket, email, and phoneTroubleshoot and resolve access and permission issues, transaction errors, saved searches, reports, and SuiteFlow workflowsHandle user administration: password resets, role assignments, and access requestsGuide users through order entry, invoicing, inventory, and purchasing, and train new users on the basicsMonitor integration errors and route them to the right team or vendorEscalate complex issues to the NetSuite Administrator with clear documentation and recommended next stepsHelp build saved searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, dashboards, custom fields, and formsPrepare and validate CSV imports, and keep our data cleanTest releases and system changes in the sandbox, then confirm they work in productionKeep the knowledge base current and spot recurring issues worth fixing for good
What you bring3+ years supporting NetSuite users in a live production environment (help desk, ERP support, business systems, or similar)Hands-on experience with NetSuite roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, and SuiteFlowWorking knowledge of order management, inventory, purchasing, and financial processes in NetSuiteExperience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk or Jira Service ManagementThe ability to explain technical issues clearly to people who aren't technicalSolid Excel skills and comfort with Outlook and Teams
