This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor in Information Technology, working under close supervision. The role will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of technology- and process-based solutions This role will also provide technical support to internal and external end user clients of technology solutions.
Investigate, triage, diagnose, and help resolve system issues for internal and external clients, working with IT teams and suppliers as needed.

~ Assist Senior Analysts with business requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancement documentation.

~ Record changes made to existing systems and helps ensure support documentation is complete and maintained.

~ Support business and client needs and research, including escalating findings to the appropriate team member.

~ Assist senior staff with client and user requirements gathering, status reports, release notes, and task planning activities.

~ Strong ability to identify trends and assess the severity of defects and data issues

~ Insurance industry experience

Familiarity with SQL
