Key Responsibilities

• Register and process Motor OD claims in the claims management system.
• Verify policy coverage, claim eligibility, and claim documents.
• Scrutinize survey reports, repair estimates, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with surveyors, garages, customers, and internal teams for claim resolution.
• Process cashless and reimbursement claims within defined TAT.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company claim procedures.
• Monitor pending claims and follow up for missing documents or reports.
• Detect discrepancies, suspicious claims, and potential fraud indicators.
• Update claim status and maintain accurate records in the claims system.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of claim approvals and settlements.
• Handle customer and dealer queries related to claim processing.
• Prepare MIS reports and support claim audits.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)
• 1-5 years of experience in Motor OD Claims (Back Office preferred).
• Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
• Good understanding of repair estimates, survey reports, and claim documentation.
