We’re Hiring: BIM Modeler (Architecture) Full-Time - On-Site, Bangalore Send your resume , portfolio , and salary expectations to: Email: Subject line format: BM0296 – (Your Name) YD Design is looking for a BIM Modeler (Architecture) with 3 years of experience , ideally someone who has worked on architectural projects with exposure to concept development in the past 1-2 years . This role is suited for someone who can translate design intent into accurate, well-coordinated BIM models and drawings , while contributing to a collaborative and detail-driven studio environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and manage Revit models and CAD drawings for all stages of design development. Support early-stage design and concept development through modelling, basic design studies, and documentation. Produce coordinated drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details in line with project standards. Assist in model coordination , including clash detection support and resolution tracking under the guidance of the BIM Coordinator. Create and maintain Revit families, libraries, and project templates . Extract schedules, quantities, and model data to support project delivery. Follow BIM standards, workflows, and CDE protocols (Autodesk Docs / BIM 360) for file management and version control. Conduct self-checks and quality reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants, contributing to coordination meetings and design discussions. Stay up to date with evolving BIM tools, workflows, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a construction-related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling, with exposure to architectural projects and design stages . Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks knowledge is a plus). Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and documentation workflows . Familiarity with BIM standards, LODs, and coordinated model environments . Ability to interpret design information and translate it into accurate 2D and 3D outputs . Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
