About the RoleAs a Customer Engagement & Promotions Assistant, you’ll represent client campaigns at live promotional events and high-footfall locations, helping create engaging customer experiences while building brand awareness.
No two days are the same; one day you could be supporting a retail activation, the next you could be part of a large-scale live event campaign.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent promotional campaigns professionally and confidentlyEngage directly with customers in face-to-face environmentsCreate positive and memorable customer experiencesAnswer questions and support campaign participationWork collaboratively with team leaders and colleaguesAssist with daily campaign and customer engagement goalsBuild strong communication and interpersonal skills in a live environment
