Advancement Opportunity with a Growing Contractor Strong Benefit Package and Bonus Program About Our Client Our client is a well-established commercial mechanical construction and facilities services organization supporting a broad portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, and specialized sectors. Due to ongoing project demand, they are looking to add an experienced mechanical estimator who can make an immediate impact. Job Description Prepare detailed estimates for mechanical and plumbing construction projects. Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements. Develop budgets, cost breakdowns, and bid proposals. Support projects across commercial, warehouse, and specialized facility sectors. Coordinate with project managers, operations teams, and construction leadership. Participate in bid reviews and project hand-off activities. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate Profile 5-10 years of estimating experience. Background in mechanical and/or plumbing construction. Experience in commercial construction environments. Project Management experience is a strong plus. Ability to independently manage estimates from bid review through submission. No degree required. Required Skills and Experience Mechanical estimating. Plumbing estimating. Commercial construction projects. Quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Bid preparation and proposal development. Budgeting and forecasting. Strong communication and organizational skills. What's on Offer Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 OR $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience level. Healthcare benefits. 401(k) plan. Gas card.
