Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a highly networked real estate professional with strong IPC exposure and deep HNI/UHNI relationships to join as Manager - Partnerships. This role is focused on demand generation and strategic relationship building within the real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network of landowners, developers, architects, wealth managers, and HNI/UHNI clients to generate qualified construction opportunities and drive high-quality meetings for the business team. This is not a direct closing role, the primary responsibility is to build and nurture relationships, identify construction-ready opportunities, qualify leads effectively, and hand over warm prospects to the sales or consulting team.
