We're hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant for face-to-face marketing and direct sales at events and public spaces across the DMV. You'll proactively meet prospective customers, represent clients, and turn interest into customer acquisition results.
The campaign has a message. You make it relevant.You'll learn client campaigns, communicate their messages accurately, explain offers, and respond to questions. Listening and adapting your explanation makes each interaction useful without losing sight of the client's message.
A good interaction creates interest. Your work helps turn it into results.You'll:Start conversations: Approach prospective customers and introduce campaigns.Represent the brand: Answer questions, explain offers, and build interest.Support customer acquisition: Help interested people take the next step toward a sale or sign-up.Work toward results: Contribute to measurable campaign goals with your team.Learn and improve: Apply coaching and feedback to strengthen your sales and communication skills.
