Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. – India's largest loan distributor – is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Bank & NBFC sales professionals with a strong market network.

Locations: Pune & Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site | Field Sales

We are specifically looking for professionals currently working or having prior experience with:

Banks | NBFCs | DSAs | Financial Services Companies

Candidates should have strong relationships and a business network in Pune and/or Mumbai and the ability to generate loan business independently from the market.

Hands-on experience in sourcing and selling one or more of:

Home Loans (HL)

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Business Loans (BL)

Personal Loans (PL)

Working Capital / Business Finance

• Source new loan business from the market through your existing network and relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, business owners and other referral sources.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Work with multiple Banks & NBFCs to provide competitive solutions.
• Manage the loan journey from lead generation to disbursement.
• Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
• Develop and continuously expand your market network.

We would love to meet you if you are:

✅ Currently working in Bank / NBFC / DSA / Financial Services Sales

✅ Experienced in HL / LAP / BL / PL sales

✅ Strong in self-sourcing and market acquisition

✅ Have an established Pune or Mumbai customer/business network

✅ Have relationships with CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, SMEs or business owners

✅ Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales

✅ Strong in customer relationship management and negotiation

✅ Looking for better growth and earning opportunities
