Job Description: Central SPOC – Staff Loans (ABG HNI Segment) | ABHFL Role Purpose Drive structured sourcing of high-value staff loan opportunities from senior management / HNI employees within the ABG ecosystem, by building strong relationships, and ensuring superior customer experience with fast conversion. Key Responsibilities 1. Ecosystem Engagement & Pipeline Creation Anchor engagement with senior leadership, CXOs, and HNI employees across ABG entities Build a high-quality pipeline of staff loan opportunities (home loans, BT, LAP, structured lending) Position ABHFL as the preferred financing partner for internal HNI segment 2.
