Responsibilities.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Develop, shoot and edit content ideas, concepts, scripts, captions, and creative campaigns.
• Create or coordinate photos, videos, reels, graphics, and other visual content.
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams.
• Monitor content performance using relevant analytics and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all content follows the company's brand voice and guidelines.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and emerging content platforms.

Key skills.

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good photography, videography, or video-editing skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous work is preferred.
