Vice President, Restructuring Advisory (Las Vegas)

Vice President – Corporate Finance Restructuring Advisory Location: Las Vegas, Nevada area; ON-SITE (local candidates or willing to relocate) Compensation: base salary range $155,000 to $175,000 (commensurate with experience); competitive / discretionary performance bonus potential (25-50%; comprehensive employee benefits; relocation assistance for candidates not already in the area SUMMARY – Vice President, Corporate Finance Restructuring Advisory: Vice President of Company’s Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (“ABC”) practice will serve as the day-to-day project manager for ABC engagements in which Company Proficiency with financial/data analytics REQUIRED Strong academic record from a reputable undergraduate/graduate program (pursuit of a CFA, CPA, or other financial designations a plus) Working knowledge of Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) statutes Always willing to learn; Eager to always be responsive and act with urgency.
