Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end human resource operations and drive organizational growth? Join our team as an HR Manager and make a real impact!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance management systems and employee evaluations
• Oversee both technical and non-technical hiring strategies
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain strong talent acquisition pipelines
• Ensure a smooth and positive employee and candidate experience
• Coordinate with leadership for workforce planning and development

We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of HR or recruitment experience (HR Manager/Assistant Manager level)
• Strong experience in both technical and non-technical hiring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to manage teams and multiple HR functions independently
• Highly organized, proactive, and people-focused mindset

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
