If you enjoy turning everyday moments into compelling content and love building beautiful brands, we'd love to hear from you. </p><p><br /></p><p>Instagram: @ayafi.in | Website: </p><p><br /></p>What You'll Do<p><br /></p>Photography &amp; Visual Direction<p><br /></p><ul><li>Photograph sarees, stoles, and products for our website and social media </li><li>Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots </li><li>Capture flatlays, styled product shots, detail shots, lifestyle imagery, and campaign visuals </li><li>Photograph exhibitions, flea markets, launches, and behind-the-scenes moments </li><li>Suggest creative concepts, props, locations, and styling ideas </li><li>Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms </li> </ul><p><br /></p>Video &amp; Content Creation<p><br /></p><ul><li>Shoot engaging Reels and short-form videos </li><li>Capture high-quality B-roll for future campaigns </li><li>Create product videos, styling videos, educational content, and behind-the-scenes content </li><li>Edit videos using engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, music, and platform-native pacing </li><li>Repurpose older photos, videos, and archived B-roll into fresh content </li><li>Organize and maintain an accessible content library </li> </ul><p><br /></p>Social Media Support<p><br /></p><ul><li>Publish Instagram posts, Stories, and customer reviews </li><li>Create Story content around launches, exhibitions, new arrivals, and everyday moments </li><li>Assist in maintaining Ayafi's Instagram presence </li><li>Help execute content calendars and campaign plans </li> </ul><p><br /></p>Performance &amp; Ad Creatives<p><br /></p><ul><li>Shoot photos and videos designed for Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ads </li><li>Understand the difference between organic content and paid advertising creatives </li><li>Create scroll-stopping visuals that communicate the product within the first few seconds </li><li>Capture multiple creative variations and framing options for A/B testing </li><li>Work closely with the founder to develop visual concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotions </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>We're Looking For Someone Who<p><br /></p><ul><li>Has a strong portfolio in photography and content creation </li><li><b>Owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera (mandatory) </b> </li><li>Has an excellent understanding of lighting, composition, colour, and visual storytelling </li><li>Can confidently shoot both products and people </li><li>Has a strong eye for aesthetics and branding </li><li>Can edit engaging short-form videos </li><li>Understands the difference between content that builds a brand and content that drives conversions </li><li>Is proactive, organised, collaborative, and full of ideas </li><li>Is comfortable working full-time from our Bannerghatta studio </li> </ul><p><br /></p>Bonus If You<p><br /></p><ul><li>Have experience working with fashion, lifestyle, textile, or D2C brands </li><li>Understand sarees, draping, or Indian textiles </li><li>Can style products and direct models during shoots </li><li>Have experience creating Meta ad creatives or other performance marketing content </li><li>Are proficient with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Edits, Canva, or similar creative tools </li> </ul><p><br /></p>Role Details<p><b>Role: </b> Photographer &amp; Content Creator </p><p><b>Location: </b> Bannerghatta, Bangalore </p><p><b>Type: </b> Full-time (In Office) </p><p><b>Experience: </b> 1–3 years preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply) </p><p><b>Start Date: </b> Immediate </p><p><br /></p>Want to stand out?<p><br /></p><p>Include your portfolio of work and a brief cover letter telling us why you'd like to work at Ayafi, along with a one-week Instagram content plan for the launch of a new mul cotton saree collection.
