The Project Lead Engineer will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager across both construction and engineering disciplines. This position involves managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Planner, while also overseeing site activities to ensure technical accuracy, safety, and timely delivery. The role requires frequent site travel and close coordination between the design team, client, and construction teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed baseline (WBS) project schedules, resources, and budgeting using Primavera P6
• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate between engineering design teams, construction site teams, and the client.
• Support procurement planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, project performance metrics, and complete documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Verify installation and construction works against approved plans.
• Liaise with the client, contractors, site staff, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Support quality assurance and control processes for engineering deliverables.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered Engineer)
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling, planning, budgeting,and cost control.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering workflows .
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Site supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
