Our client, independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance, is looking for a detail-oriented Quoting Specialist / Sales Support professional to join their team!Our client supports hospitals, municipalities, data centers, and industrial facilities that rely on dependable power infrastructure — and they need someone organized, responsive, and energized by a fast-paced B2B environment to help keep their sales engine running.

What you'll do: Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward Communicate with customers on pricing, timelines, and service options Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams for accuracy Maintain organized, detailed records in CRM and internal systems Support the outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed
