Licensed Practical Nurse

CVS Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The LPN will perform direct patient care, administer medications, support care plans, and communicate clinical information to providers and patients. Responsibilities include taking vitals, wound care, documentation in electronic health records, assisting with care coordination, and educating patients on treatments and medications. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to CVS Health’s mission of helping people on their path to better health.
