I’m partnering with an established, financially strong manufacturing organization in the Milwaukee area that is looking for a Director of Information Technology to help take its technology organization to the next level.This is much more than a “keep the lights on” IT leadership role. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the technology roadmap across the organization and lead major initiatives spanning ERP modernization, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and AI governance.
Why this role is worth a conversation: Executive-level visibility and influence Lead enterprise IT strategy across multiple locations Drive a major legacy ERP → C#/.NET modernization Own strategy across infrastructure, cloud, applications & cybersecurity Help advance NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance Build and implement the organization's approach to AI and AI governance Partner closely with manufacturing/automation teams Stable organization with long-tenured IT employees Strong 401(k) match and benefits
Compensation: Up to $200K base + up to 15% bonus
Location: Hartford, Wisconsin
