Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling and visually strong design solutions across assigned projects.
• Apply graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual hierarchy consistently across all work.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to create and refine high-quality creative deliverables.
• Build professional and effective presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Communicate design thinking clearly in written and verbal interactions.
• Review and refine work with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and adapt work as needed.
• Work independently when required while remaining a strong team player.
• Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects knowledge will be considered a plus.

Preferred Experience & Educational Profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, typography, layout and presentation design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
