Senior Instructional Designer

Teleperformance is hiring for Senior Content Developer / Senior Instructional Designer. Responsibilities: We are looking for someone who has: ● Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives ● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions ● Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences ● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles ● Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality Qualification: ● Graduate in any discipline. ● 7 years of experience in instructional design or a related field ● Proficiency in instructional design software and tools ● Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning ● Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes ● Tools Expertise: Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, Synthesia, etc. Location: Gurgaon If interested, please email at
