Job Description Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary. Ensure quality control throughout the construction process. Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders. Travel extensively across the Southeast to oversee various projects. Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Ground up retail, restaurant or gas station construction projects. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and construction regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to travel extensively and work on-site as required. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges on-site quickly. What's on Offer Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
