Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.

Prepare working drawings, 3 D models, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during project execution.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines.

Select suitable materials and finishes in line with project themes.

Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to approved designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Licensed architect with relevant certifications preferred.

37 years of professional architectural experience.

Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and related design tools.

Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.
