The organization is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety to drive transformation across Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Annotation, Localization, and AI Training Data operations .

About the Role

The Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Trust & Safety operations, helping transition manual and reactive workflows into scalable, AI-led, automated, compliant, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operating models .

The role will partner with Operations, QA, Technology, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve operational performance, develop transformation roadmaps, and support solutioning, RFPs/RFIs, and client engagements .

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-led transformation across Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Annotation, Localization, and AI Training Data workflows.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve quality, accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity, and operational efficiency .
• Design and implement automation and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) models.
• Translate Trust & Safety policies into operational workflows, moderation processes, and annotation guidelines .
• Identify abuse patterns, harmful-content trends, emerging risks, and operational gaps.
• Collaborate with Technology/AI teams on tools, platforms, automation, and model performance .
• Generate data-driven insights to improve AI model performance and operational outcomes .
• Develop transformation roadmaps, solution approaches, and implementation plans .
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, client workshops, and presentations .
• Partner with Operations, QA, Technology, and Business teams to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Present recommendations and transformation outcomes to internal leadership and external stakeholders .

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–14 years of overall experience in BPO/BPM, operations, transformation, program management, or related business process environments.
• Relevant experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Annotation, AI Training Data, Localization, Content Operations, or Data Operations .
• Experience in AI-led transformation, automation, process improvement, or operational transformation .
• Understanding of the AI training data lifecycle and content moderation workflows.
• Exposure to Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), annotation tools, moderation platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems .
• Strong process improvement mindset; Lean/Six Sigma exposure is preferred.
• Experience with Excel, BI dashboards, analytics, and operational metrics .
• Exposure to RFP/RFI, solutioning, transformation roadmaps, or client-facing engagements is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality, SLA, productivity, compliance, and operational performance metrics .

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Analytics, Technology, Business, or related fields preferred .
