Hiring For Planning Head – Real Estate Location: Hyderabad Industry: Real Estate – Residential Projects Project Experience: High-Rise Residential Projects Experience: 15 Years Package: Lucrative / Best in Industry, commensurate with experience We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Planning Head to lead project planning, monitoring and control for our residential real estate projects, with strong exposure to high-rise construction projects . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, contractor productivity, procurement coordination, design readiness, cash-flow forecasting and delay recovery . Key Responsibilities & KRAs • Ensure milestone adherence and timely achievement of critical project milestones. • Monitor and drive RCC floor-cycle achievement as per the approved project schedule. • Track monthly planned vs. actual progress and identify deviations with corrective action plans. • Monitor contractor productivity and ensure planned manpower/output targets are achieved. • Ensure procurement readiness in line with project requirements and look-ahead schedules. • Monitor design/drawing readiness and ensure drawings are available ahead of execution requirements. • Establish and monitor the 90-day look-ahead plan , ensuring reliability of planned activities. • Ensure accurate cash-flow forecasting aligned with project execution and procurement plans. • Identify project delays early and drive delay recovery plans . • Protect the final project completion date through proactive planning, coordination and timely escalation. • Coordinate closely with Project, Design, Procurement, Contracts, QS and Finance teams. • Prepare and present project planning dashboards and MIS reports to senior management. • Establish robust planning and monitoring systems across projects and ensure consistent implementation. Candidate Profile ✔ 15 years of relevant experience in real estate / residential construction ✔ Strong experience in high-rise residential projects is essential ✔ Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling and monitoring ✔ Strong command of Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel ✔ Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to identify risks and delays well in advance and drive recovery ✔ Strong understanding of construction sequencing, RCC cycles and project execution ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills ✔ Ability to work closely with senior management and project leadership Interested candidates can share their updated CVs with relevant high-rise project experience.
