Salary: $215,000 $230,000 Base + Performance Bonus Executive Leadership Opportunity Long Island, NY We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a growing healthcare services organization on Long Island! This is an excellent opportunity for a senior executive who enjoys leading teams, improving business performance, and helping an established organization expand. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of healthcare operations, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations and ensure departments are operating efficiently. Partner directly with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. Lead and mentor department heads, managers, and operational teams. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure productivity, financial performance, and service quality. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve profitability. Oversee budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and operational performance. Implement technology solutions, automation, and process improvements. Support business expansion, new service offerings, and potential acquisitions. Ensure operational compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing leadership culture. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive professional leadership experience. 10+ years overseeing multiple departments, business functions, or operational teams. Significant senior executive or C-suite leadership experience. Healthcare, home care, home health, or related healthcare services experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage budgets, improve profitability, and drive business growth. Experience overseeing multi-location operations and leading organizational change. Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
