Job Title: US Legal Case Manager

Location: Mohali

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 6pm to 3am IST

Working Days: 5 days a week + 1 working Saturday per month

As part of our expanding Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) practice, we are hiring dedicated Case Managers to support leading US Personal Injury Law Firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned personal injury cases throughout the case lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients.
• Handle client intake, follow-ups, and regular case updates.
• Collect, organize, and maintain case-related documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients for records and documentation.
• Track case deadlines, reminders, and pending tasks.
• Update and maintain accurate information in legal case management software.
• Assist in preparing settlement and demand documentation.
• Professionally handle client concerns and de-escalate difficult conversations.
• Escalate legal matters to supervising attorneys when required.
• Ensure complete confidentiality and compliance with client procedures.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Law graduates preferred).
• Experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Case Management, Customer Service, Insurance, Healthcare Operations, or similar roles preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral American or British accent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
• Experience with Clio, My Case, Filevine, Litify, Needles, Practice Panther, Smokeball, or similar software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
