Role Description The Paid Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels to drive performance and ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media strategies and plans, managing campaign budgets, setting up and monitoring ads, and analyzing performance data to improve results. The role involves close collaboration with creative, branding, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective audience targeting. The Paid Media Manager will also stay current with new media trends, platforms, and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. Regular reporting, clear communication of results, and proactive problem-solving are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy, with experience in designing and managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in New Media platforms and tools, including major digital advertising channels and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align stakeholders.
• Understanding of Public Relations principles to support brand visibility and consistent messaging across paid and earned media.
• Relevant experience in paid media or performance marketing within an agency or brand environment.
• Ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and make data-informed decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
