Assistant food beverage manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant F& B Manager to support our Food & Beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves assisting in managing restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Support daily F& B operations across outlets and events. Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and address guest needs promptly. Team Development: Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent performance. Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor supplies, manage requisitions, and support budget control. Event Support: Coordinate F& B requirements for banquets and special functions.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. 6+ years of F& B experience, including 2 years in a Managerial role. Strong knowledge of service standards and event operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
