This 25-bed critical access facility in Vermont provides obstetric and gynecologic services across inpatient and clinic settings to the regional patient population. The facility operates 5 Labor and Delivery rooms and maintains established clinical workflows to support continuous care delivery. Support staff on site includes 1 resident MD, MD locum group coverage, 3 CNMs, and an anesthesia group.

Central Vermont offers clinicians on assignment access to outdoor recreation and a range of regional cultural activities suited to varied interests. The region provides opportunities for hiking, scenic drives, and exploration of local dining, markets, cultural institutions, and performing arts venues throughout the state.

Clinicians will provide inpatient and clinic-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage at an on-site facility in Vermont, beginning as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. The clinical schedule consists of an 8-hour clinic day plus 12 hours of call, structured across day and night shifts with in-house call at a 1:4 or 1:3 call ratio. Clinic responsibilities include prenatal, preventive, and postpartum patient visits. Inpatient responsibilities include performing deliveries and C-sections.
