BH Properties is seeking an Office Manager to coordinate a large Philippines-based contractor team for our US operations. The role is remote and aligned to US Pacific business hours, reporting to the Senior Managing Director.

You will lead 50 contractors, supervise the recruiting function, implement sourcing strategies, oversee onboarding, and deliver regular HR analytics to leadership.
