Design, implement QA processes, strategies

Ensure high quality application deployment

Manage testing departments across projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop bank testing strategy
• Understand quality service parameters
• Build high-performance QA team
• Create traceability templates
• Present quality metrics, propose bug reduction
• Manage program financial objectives
• Build scalable QA platforms
• Own end-to-end testing cycles
• Establish quality, reliability standards
• Manage test script metadata
• Maintain bank compliance
• Define bug criticality metrics
• Automate test cases, integrate DevOps

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree Computer Science, IT
