We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations of our growing startup. You will be the go-to person for all IT infrastructure, employee tech support, and system access management.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced environment where you will ensure smooth IT functioning across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end IT support for employees (hardware, software, network, email, tools) Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity Manage IT onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account creation, access removal) Handle IT asset management including tracking laptops, accessories, and licenses Administer Google Workspace and other Saa S tools Manage user access control, permissions, and password resets Ensure smooth office network operations (routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi) Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support logs Support IT security hygiene and basic compliance practices Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in IT support / IT administration Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS troubleshooting Experience with Google Workspace admin console Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, IP configuration) Experience in IT asset and user management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a startup environment Good to Have Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization Exposure to endpoint security tools Basic understanding of Saa S tools and cloud-based systems What We Offer Ownership of complete IT operations for a growing organization Opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment Exposure to multiple tools, systems, and business functions High learning curve and direct impact role How to Apply
