Senior UI/UX Designer

Lead end-to-end design for complex SaaS products — from discovery to high-fidelity systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency .
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries .
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs .
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field .
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator .
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive design and cross‑platform interfaces .
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for effective collaboration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide design discussions.
• Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints .
