Writer Relocations is looking for experienced Asset Business Development professionals to join our team in Mumbai and Bangalore .

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for office relocations, machinery moves, industrial projects, and asset relocation services. Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through client visits, networking, market research, and industry relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth. Conduct site visits and understand project requirements including scope, timelines, equipment needs, technical requirements, and operational challenges. Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Pricing to develop feasible solutions and competitive proposals. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, project plans, and commercial submissions aligned with customer requirements and company objectives. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover. Monitor project opportunities, sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development reports to ensure effective tracking and achievement of targets. Support successful project execution by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth handover, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance. Understand client project requirements including scope, timelines, manpower, equipment, site conditions, and operational constraints to provide suitable relocation solutions.

Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification. 4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the asset relocation or logistics industry. Hands-on exposure to projects involving office relocations, machinery/equipment moving, industrial relocations, or project logistics. Strong client relationship management and business acquisition skills. The ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Prior experience in managing corporate clients, large-scale relocation projects, and solution-based sales. Strong understanding of project execution requirements, customer handling, and cross-functional coordination.
